"Chris, I want to take a moment to express my appreciation of the services we received during our recent stay at BCS. My wife and I brought our coach to BCS with an extensive list of repairs and modifications. We arrived on April 12, a day ahead of schedule, for our first visit to BCS. Within a few minutes we reviewed our work list with Loren and a few minutes after that a technician was going over the coach with our work list in hand. It took 51 days to complete the work, including items I was not aware of but that your folks found and corrected. Throughout our time at BCS we were very pleased with the pace of the work, the time spent on the work and the attention to detail. I cannot begin to let you know how many of your folks we had dealings with, so I am not naming any specific individuals. We interacted with every craft and support staff in the place. All of our dealings were positive and we felt like valued customers at all points of the process. I don't need to go into great detail here but a few things stick out in my mind that have helped me to conclude BCS is now my preferred location for getting repairs or modifications on our coach: • I felt that I was welcome in the shop so I could see what was happening to the coach • Technicians seemed eager to address questions and took pride in explaining what they were doing and why • Accommodation of us "full timers", e.g., electrical hook ups, dump station and potable water • Daytime amenities, e.g., lounge, TV, WIFI, seating and work surfaces, lending library • BCS's rapid response to unplanned events, e.g., our having a furnace problem on a cold Friday before a very cold weekend You can be assured that Edie and I will, without reservation, recommend BCS to any coach owner we meet that needs services, regardless of the make of coach. "Dear Thomas,

We brought our 2002 Beaver Patriot in for service on June 2, 2010 to resolve the leveling problem the coach was having. We came in on June 1, 2010 about 3:00pm; Ken Carpenter was most gracious in helping us get all the paper work in place for the next day.

Wow!, Steve our technician was very thorough and knew how to handle our problem, he was a joy to work with, (he has a sense of humor too, and is a Beatles fan!!). While we were there we asked Jeff Nash to look at our table (we never received a center leaf with the coach), he came up with a way to make one which would work, what a talented man!

We are overwhelmed by the graciousness of all the people at Beaver, and we will recommend anyone to your service center who needs help.

The parts dept: Robert, Matt and Larry have provided all parts we have needed, some shipped, and some picked up while at the service center. They go out of their way for all customers (we are sure of this)."

3 individuals worked on our coach. Troy, Steve and Dave. Each were friendly, efficient and very conservative with what they recommended and did. Much appreciated. I continue to be impressed with the experience and dedication of the staff at the Bend Service Center.

I also wanted to comment on Larry in parts. He has been very helpful on previous phone calls and I took the time to introduce myself to him while I was there. He is knowledgeable and always willing to help.

"Good Morning Ron:

I just wanted to express my satisfaction with an outstanding body shop experience at your shop.

As you might recall, I was a victim of a huge dust devil while driving on 395 near Mammoth, CA. As it turned out there was major damage to the front and full left side of my coach.

I thought the shop did a fantastic job until I arrived back in Indio for the winter. Since being here, the coach has been inspected by everyone that heard of the incident. Needless to say, there are some very discerning residents down here. I have heard nothing but amazement and praise for the 'paint job.'

So, it turns out that I was wrong with my assessment of the work. It wasn't a fantastic job. It was a perfectly flawless work of art.

"Hi Chris, We are both extremely pleased with the complete experience of purchasing the Beaver Monterey from your dealership. From the moment Jeff Easter made himself known to us late on a Saturday afternoon, untill we drove away with our new toy we were impressed with all of the staff we met and had interactions with From the delightful young lady Jessica, Scott 'Shu", Nate, Ken and Loren, and the man in charge Chris; what a team you have. After driving away, we did experience some problems, but after a phone call to Jeff, we returned and every thing, down to the small and insignificant were all fixed cheerfully and competently. Both Bev and I agree that the purchase was a happy experience, (even though is snowed on us on the Memorial Day long weekend)!!!!
