Consignment
You have enjoyed your RV but now its time to move in a new direction. Consider selling the old one through Beaver Coach Sales & Service’s Consignment Program. Read through the tips below and then call us at 1-800-382-2597 to get started!

Condition: Most people looking for a pre-owned RV want something that has been well-cared for, three-to-four years old, multiple slides, low mileage and in great condition – inside, engine and out. Respect your RV like the home-away-from-home that it is to get top dollar when its time to sell.

Service & Repairs: Take care of any outstanding service and pending repairs before you put your RV up for sale.

The Paperwork: Make sure you all the documentation associated with your RV, including title and/or loan payoff information, current registration and proof of insurance, all maintenance manuals and service records, and the Extended Service Agreement. The more information you can provide quickly and easily, the easier it is for buyers to key in on your RV.

Valuation: In order to establish a fair value on your consigned motorhome or RV, dealers will consider condition, service history, floor plan, model and features. The goal is to establish an attractive, reasonable price that will bring in traffic and turn the RV in a reasonable amount of time.

Selecting a Dealership: Choose a dealership that represents the type and quality of the RV you have to consign. Be comfortable that the staff is expert, diligent in covering the details, and committed to selling your RV. Ask friends and family for referrals; ask the dealership for references. And remember, the best dealership doesn’t have to be local. The best one for your RV may be some distance away, but there are many reputable transportation companies that move RVs conveniently around the county.
